Port Blair, July 03: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma on 02.07.2022 inaugurated a road, which connects the graveyard of Prothrapur, ward number 19 with the main Junction of the area.
The work was taken up under MPLADS following demands raised by the general public of the region.
The Councillor of Ward No 19, Shri. Vetrivelu. The Councillor of Ward No 23, Smti. D Radhika, ex councillor of Ward No 19, Shri K Muthu, other prominent members of society and the general public were present.
Addressing the gathering the Member of Parliament, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma said that he is confident that the construction of the road, which connects the graveyard of Prothrapur, ward number 19 with the main junction will be of good use for the people of the area.
He said work for the road was taken up under MPLADS following demands raised by the general public of the region.
The Executive Engineer of CD- III was also present during the occasion, who informed the gathering about the details of the project.
