Port Blair, Dec 21: The results of the direct recruitment for the 224 posts of Primary School Teacher and 43 posts of Craft Instructor had been published on 17/12/2018. However, since a large number of representations have been received thereafter, to scrutinize and dispose of the representations in a time bound manner, members are being included in the existing committee which is currently verifying the documents of the provisionally selected candidates.
Mr. Geeta Naveen Bhat, GTT, Govt. Model Sr. Secondary School, Mr. S.C. Rao, Head Master (Primary), to facilitate the candidates, these two members will hold their office in the Directorate of Education.
The members shall start receiving representations from 22nd of December 2018 up to 31st of December 2018, from 9.00-12.00 AM every day, after which it shall scrutinize the representations and submit a consolidated report to the Directorate by 7th of January 2019.
Subject to the findings/ observations of the above appointed Committee Members, Corrigendum (if necessary) will be issued with regards to the provisional results.
