Port Blair, Dec 11: YMCA Port Blair organized Ecumenical Christmas Carol Singing Service on 8th December 2018 (Saturday) at Y.M.C.A Multipurpose hall for Sunday School Students and Christian Institutions. Mr. Biju Thomas Jacob president welcomed the gathering, Bible were read in different languages, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Nicobari, Tamil, Rev. Anand, Pastor, C.N.I. All Saints Church, Prathrapur gave Christmas Message.
Prize distribution was done for winners including Consolation prizes to all the participants who participated in the competitions like Bible Verse Writing Competition, Bible story Painting Competition, Christmas Carol Singing Competition.
Prizes were given by YMCA Board members, 1st Prize St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, 2nd Prize St. Mary’s Sr, Sec, School and 3rd Prize Nirmala Sr, Sec, School.
This year Andaman Residency Rolling Cup was won by St. Mary’s Orthodox Church. Church Chois and Christian Institutions rendered Christmas Carol Service in different languages with instrument.
