Campbell Bay, Jan 17: Today, on 17/01/2024, in celebration of Police Raising Week 2024, the dedicated police personnel, along with the staff of Fire & Emergency Services of Nicobar District, conducted a fire safety session at Govt. Primary School Rajeev Nagar, Campbell Bay. The session was aimed at raising awareness about preventive measures and methods for fire fighting to ensure the safety of individuals during fire incidents. Fisherman watch group meetings were conducted at Carnicobar for getting information/assistance regarding any suspicious activities in and around sea. A motorcycle rally regarding Road Safety awareness was also conducted at Car-Nicobar.
