Port Blair, Nov 03: Andman Nicobar Muslim Jamaath, which is the coordination committee of the Sunni Muslims of Andaman and Nicobar Islands has conducted the Hubbu Rasool Peace Rally on December 2, Sunday from Marina Park to Delanipur Park. Believers from various parts of the Islands including, Scholars, various Madrassa and Mahall representatives, Youth and Children have participated in the event. The Rally was followed by Grand Moulid Majlis, Mass Conference and Students Cultural Programs, and at Delanipur park. Chairman of Waqf Board, Adv: Mohammad Thabreez distributed the awards for island toppers in the Public Examination conducted by Islamic Educational Board of India, New Delhi.
