Port Blair, Mar 21: Andaman and Nicobar Command is launching an open water sea swimming expedition which involves swimming to all 21 A & N Islands named after Param Veer Chakra (PVC) awardees by the Prime Minister in 2023. All the participants are serving personnel of ANC and its allied units.
The first swim from Marina to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Dweep is scheduled on 22 Mar 24 at 1100 hrs. The swim will be flagged off by Air Mshl Saju Balakrishnan, AVSM, VM, Commander-in-Chief, Andaman and Nicobar Command (CINCAN).
