Port Blair, May 06: The Review Meeting of MPLADS for South Andaman District was held on 04.05.2022 under the Chairmanship of the District Authority (MPLADS)/DC(SA) for reviewing the progress of ongoing works of 16th and 17th Lok Sabha recommended by the MP under MPLADS.
During the meeting Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the Member of Parliament and Mr. Suneel Anchipaka, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman reviewed the status of the works proposed under MPLADS and issued directions related to timely completion of works and handing over of the same to the respective User Agencies for Utilization by the community in a time bound manner. The Hon’ble MP expressed his satisfaction for timely completion of many works recommended by him during the 17th Lok Sabha.
The Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman has appreciated the efforts of all Implementing Agencies and directed them to arrange for inauguration of all completed works, so as to make the created asset available for community Utilization as per MPLADS guidelines.
