Port Blair, Jan 23: The Netaji Subash Youth Club, Bakultala in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rangat has organised a rally from Gram Panchayat, Bakultala to Bakultala Junction to mark the 123rd birth anniversary of Netaji Subash Ch. Bose. Near about 100 villagers participated in the rally and the rally was taken out with slogans and national flags. The rally were also participated by Mr. Anil Bepari, Up Adhayaksh, North & Middle Andaman, Smti. Bepari, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Bakultala, Mr Alphonce Toppo, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Rangat and others youth leaders. Later on Mr Alphonce Toppo, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Rangat as the chief guest on the occasion garlanded to the statue of Netaji Subash Ch. Bose in presence of other dignitaries. On the very occasion a volleyball league cum knockout tournament is being organised in which 8 teams from different places are taking part in the tournament. The first match of the tournament was inaugurated by Mr Anil Bepari, Up Adhayaksh, N&M Andman and the match was played between Des Netawork Nimbutala V/s Betapur. Des Network, Nimbutala defeated Betapur by 25 -22, 24-26 and 25-16 in three sets.
